Ratings Report:

  • Most eyeballs were on NBC Sunday as broadcast the Billboard Music Awards live, drawing a preliminary 2.1 amongst adults 18-49 and just under 7 million viewers overall. It was an easy ratings win for the network overall (and succeeded in driving down ratings for competing shows), however, year-to-year the awards reached an all-time low, dipping 9% from last year’s previous ratings low.
  • CBS boasted the most viewers for any single show on broadcast Sunday night; the NCIS: LOS ANGELES 2-hour finale drew 7.77 million viewers, although ratings remained flat week-to-week. The season finale of MADAM SECRETARY also held steady with previous weeks, earning another 0.6 in the 18-49 demo.
  • Fox’s night of finales were even or slightly down from last week, with both the season enders for THE SIMPSONS (0.8) and FAMILY GUY (0.9) off a tenth, while BOB’S BURGERS (0.7/0.8) and the season ender for BROOKLYN NINE NINE (0.8) were steady.
  • On ABC, AMERICAN IDOL fell three tenths to 1.3 this week, driven down by competing head-to-head with the Billboard Music Awards. DECEPTION was also off slightly this week, dipping a tenth to 0.6.

In living through the ‘golden age’ of Sixties family life, the cast will discover if more time spent together, traditional husband and wife roles, and no digital distractions might actually improve their chaotic lives and even fix their relationships.

  • WILL YOU MARRY US | Producers: Ravi Patel & Craig Piligian (Pilgrim Media Group)

Log line: Inspired by Ravi Patel’s Emmy-award winning documentary, “Meet the Patels,” five lifelong friends are gearing up for their own globetrotting journey to find everlasting love. In this compelling social experiment, the Philadelphia-based singles embark on a cross-continental search to meet their perfect match using age-old arranged marriage techniques and surrendering complete control of their dating lives to their larger-than-life and opinionated loved ones.
